Chuck in the service department is amazing!! My wife was having issues put in our jet ski onto the ball of our car and he came out in the pouring rain and helped her and showed her a trick or two really appreciate the extra attention that Chuck gave my wife!

Recently I retired from a branch of service and relocated [back] to the greater Tampa area and immediately began my search for my first-ever motorcycle. While waiting for the start date of my current job I had ample time to visit nearly every motorcycle dealership within roughly a 90-mile radius of Tampa; a number of dealerships had the bike that I was looking for but Sky Powersports (Lakeland) got my business. They offered a very generous price vs some other dealerships, but not to sound too clich, it was the salesperson and helpful nature of the entire staff that sold me the bike. I never felt pressured and was given honest answers to all of my questions regardless of how simple they must have seemed to the staff. This experience coupled with the clean and organized showroom, along with obvious signs of a professionally managed dealership made my decision extremely easy. I could have 'purchased' a bike anywhere, but I feel like I developed a 'relationship' with Sky Powersports of Lakeland; seemingly without trying, they've earned my business and trust. Despite the fact that they are not the closest dealership to where I currently reside, I intend to look nowhere else for service, parts, accessories or future bike purchases. Nothing is more precious than your own time - and I'll save some for you by simply stating that you owe it to yourself to check them out.

We had a great experience overall when we bought our 2015 Ranger crew. I have to say that there service team is great!!! We had problems with our ranger starting. Since we lived in Land O Lakes there is a new Polaris dealer 10 minutes down the road. It used to be the old Performance Honda. Its now called Gables Motorsports and they are a Polaris dealer. Since it was close we took our Ranger to them to try and figure out why it would not start. After two weeks and countless phone calls to Polaris, the service center said that I had sand in my motor and that I need to have the motor torn apart and gone through. The estimate was around $3500. I am no idiot and I knew that was not the problem. I told Gables to have my ranger ready I was going to pick it up and take it to Sky. I dropped it off late on a Thursday evening and they called me Saturday afternoon and said the fuel pump was bad because I submerged it. I approved the fix and now I could not be happier because it fires right up. Needless to say I will only take my Ranger to Sky Power sports of Lakeland. I do not trust too many people to work on my vehicles but I will trust Sky. I only paid about $550 for the fuel pump and install. Much better than $3500 that the other dealer quoted me and said the motor was bad. Thank you Sky Power sports of Lakeland. I will also send Polaris Industries an email about the excellent people you have working in your shop!!!!!

I went to Sky Powersports this past Friday based on my interest on a Victory Cross County 8 Ball they had online. I was contacted by Ryan Northey shortly afterwards via email. I expressed to him my interest, what I wanted my payments to be and that I had a trade-in also. Ryan contacted me back later in the day and gave me the great news -- he actually not only got me below what I wanted my payments to be, but also was very forthright in explaining to me to hold onto a small portion of my downpayment since it would be necessary in registering the bike in Georgia (that is where I'm from). I drove to Sky Powersports from Savannah and met with Ryan and several other employees. Ryan and everyone immediately welcomed me and my daughter and we began the process. Joe (finance manager) was extremely helpful in assisting me with the paperwork (and FAST!) and answered all of my questions professionally. Ryan assisted me in securing my new Victory XC to my trailer for the long drive/tow back to Georgia! I cannot express enough the professionalism, courtesy and just plain excellent attitude Ryan and every employee of Sky Powersports had with me and my transaction. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who wants a great deal, a great staff to work with and the feeling of being part of a family! Lastly, I received a call from the dealership manager a few days later (today actually) to follow up with me on my purchase and satisfaction. Ya'll are awesome! My Latham in Sales went above and beyond in working with me and followed up after hours on his own time to confirm the deal for me. My trade of my Indian Chieftain was handled better than an other trade I had in the past with any dealer and Joe in finance was straight forward no push on anything and found the best rate offered period. Great dealership to work with in all departments as I have had service done on my Chieftain and accessories installed promptly even while I waited. If buying an Indian, this is the place to do it.

I have had a great experience purchasing a new motorcycle from Sky Power Sports. I learned about the store from viewing motorcycles online. After looking around for a few months, I couldn't resist the special they advertised online for a new Yamaha FJR. I first visited the store while taking a trip over to Orlando. I was impressed with the layout of the store, and how the employees go out of their way to help out. The day I purchased the new FJR, I was happy that they let me take a used one out for a demo ride. That is what made the difference for me.Sky Power Sports in Lakeland isn't the closed dealership to my house, but they have earned my business. I have now had the bike for 2 weeks now. In that time I have worked with each department at the dealership and each have done an outstanding job and have all been helpful. One last thing that really made the transaction go smoothly, is the mini DMV they have in the Finance Department. They were able to transfer the plate from the old bike and also renew the registration for an additional year.If you are looking for a new or used bike, I would highly recommend checking out this place first!!

Great experience with Lakeland Sky Powersports. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stopped in many times to look at several different bikes and they were always low pressure and didn't mind letting me take my time and look for the right deal. I finally decided on the 2015 Victory Gunner and sales did everything they could to make the bike affordable. The one line application was easy and make they purchase go smoothly. "I just bought a 2013 FJR1300 from SPS. I walked in and asked about the FJR. I was told they had one, but was damaged in shipping. They had made a claim with Yamaha. I made an offer to them contingent on it being repaired to as new condition. Within 15 minutes we had a deal, and I was surprised! A week or so later, Chris Gilmore (salesman) called to let me know they got another one in that wasn't damaged, and would like to give me that one instead, if I didn't mind. I said "sure!" and picked it up a week later due to me being sick with flu. Chris had the bike ready and spotless upon my arrival, and went over the controls with me to be sure I knew everything. Also, no paper, temporary tag. A regular tag was ready, as I didn't have a trade-in. They staff was friendly and respectful to me, as one would expect, but rarely sees. Everyone wants a good, fair deal without the back-and-forth circus that most places have. SPS is that place."
